Chicken Steaks with Walnuts, Honey and Parmesan

This recipe is very quick to make and surprisingly delicious.
The combination of all these ingredients is an excellent option for both everyday meals and special occasions like Valentine's Day.
Accompany this recipe with Asparagus and Mushroom Risotto or Red Onion Risotto.

Ingredients

• 4 chicken steaks
• 2 teaspoons of butter
• 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
• 60 g (2.1 oz) of walnut kernels broken into pieces
• 1 heaping tablespoon of honey
• Parmesan cheese
• Lemon
• Flower salt
• Pepper

Instructions

   Season the steaks on both sides with flower salt, pepper and lemon juice.

   In a frying pan, heat up half of the butter.
   Add the steaks and fry them on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
   Once done, remove the steaks to a serving platter.

   To the remaining fat in the pan, add the rest of the butter and let it melt.
   Add the rosemary leaves and the walnuts.
   Stir and let it heat well.
   Finally, add the honey and a few drops of lemon juice.
   Stir and let it boil for a few seconds until the sauce thickens.

   Pour the sauce over the steaks.
   Finally, with a cheese cutter or a vegetable peeler, spread large flakes of cheese on top.
   Serve this dish with a risotto of your choice, such as asparagus, mushroom or red onion.
