Vermicelli Soup with Vegetables

Vermicelli is always a great addition to soups.
It's a light pasta that children love.

Ingredients

• 200 g (7 oz) of vermicelli
• 100 g (3.5 oz) of green beans, chopped
• 100 g (3.5 oz) of cauliflower, cut into pieces
• 100 g (3.5 oz) of carrots, diced
• 200 g (7 oz) of chicken breast, diced
• 100 g (3.5 oz) of bacon, diced
• 100 g (3.5 oz) of peas
• 2 teaspoons of butter
• Natural chicken broth
• Salt, to taste
• 2 boiled eggs, chopped

Instructions

1. 1
   In a pot with water, season with salt.
   Add the butter, natural chicken broth, bacon, chicken, green beans, peas, carrots, and cauliflower.
   Stir, cover, and let cook for 15 minutes.

   Mark as done

   After 15 minutes, add the vermicelli and stir well.
   Cover and let cook for another 5 minutes.

   Mark as done

   Once the vermicelli is cooked, add the egg, stir, and it's ready to serve.
