Chocolate Brigadeiro Pudding

This pudding is simply divine, from its consistency to its brigadeiro flavor.
It's a very easy and quick recipe to make.
You can store it in the refrigerator or leave it covered at room temperature, whichever you prefer.
If you'd like, you can use a different mold as long as it is not much larger and is greased with butter and dusted with sugar.

Ingredients

• 1 can (397g or 14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk
• 400 ml (13.5 fl oz) of whipping cream
• 4 eggs
• 125 g (4.4 oz) of cooking chocolate powder
• 40 g (1.4 oz) of melted butter
• Chocolate chips, as needed
• A 24 cm (9.5 inch) loaf pan, preferably silicone, previously greased with butter and dusted with sugar
• Butter
• Sugar

Instructions

   In a bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, chocolate powder, and cream.
   Beat well until everything is well mixed.
   Finally, add the melted butter and beat a little more.

   Pour the mixture into the prepared mold.
   Place it inside another larger pan filled with water to cook in a bain-marie.

   Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for between 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
   If it starts to get too dark on top, cover with a sheet of aluminum foil.
   Before removing the pudding from the oven, check if it is cooked with a skewer.

   Once the pudding is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
   Unmold and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
   And it's ready to serve.
